So confused! Help, please.

Okay, hoping someone can chime in with guidance. I removed my copper IUD in August. I’ve been tracking my cycle and ovulation since. I had normal periods while I had my IUD and it continued to be normal after I removed it. My period started on October 8th and wrapped up on the 12th. I started ovulating on the 26th. I measured this using clearblue advanced with the low, peak, and high response. I had 5 “high” days from Oct 26-Oct 30th with a peak result on Oct 31st. I stopped testing after that. Today, Nov 3rd, I started bleeding like it was the first day of my period. My cycle wasn’t due for another 11 days. My period is typically pretty consistent. I’m so confused. Has this happened to anyone? Should I call my OB? Thanks in advance for any advice y’all can share! ❤️
