Kegel balls to help bladder control?

Question

I’m only 18w with baby 2 and already peeing when I sneeze. Have you guys tried weighted kegel balls to help strengthen your pelvic floor?

I’m 19w with #2 and get sooo freaking upset if sneeze and pee! 
It’s so irritating, I didn’t have any incontinence issues maybe a week PP. 
I genuinely hope this goes away w/ pregnancy.
I still will be doing my kegels

I can’t speak to Kegel balls specifically, but I wish more than anything I had taken kegel exercises seriously with my first pregnancy. I’ve had a lot of bladder issues ever since and my daughter is 14. Im doing them now with my 2nd pregnancy, but I’m pretty sure I will need a surgery to correct this issue after baby is born. 😕
