Rash????

What could this be? Heat rash? Fabrics allergy? Drool rash? 
What can I do to to eliminate this😩?

Just an update: yesterday we started using Childs Farm Nappy Cream ( Childs Farm is an British brand that uses natural ingredients) as you can see his skin is much better😃

My daughter has rash too and I can’t find nothing that really helps her

Take him to doctor. Is it scaly looking? Try some eczema cream in meantime.

Eck! That looks awful! Is he drooling a lot?? Have you change any detergents or soaps??
