Do you know when your ovulating ? If so I would like to know how you personally, can tell when your ovulating (besides take a ovulation test). Thanks!

Answer

You can't tell definitely. There are symptoms, like cramping on one side, spotting, having ewcm for a few days leading up to ovulation....unfortunately you can have all of that and still not ovulate. Taking opks and charting your bbt is the only way to know.
