Is my friend lying about being pregnant?

Okay my friend is “supposedly” 5 weeks pregnant.. she told me she had an ultrasound twice , once at 4 weeks and then now at 5 weeks.. she said they heard the heartbeat and told her to download an app on her phone to hear the heartbeat at home .. so I was like I don’t think that works and she swears her doctor said it’s legit. She said she actually heard the heartbeat through an app on her phone like wtf! So today she said she had an appt at her obgyn to see baby, I told her send me pics of ultrasound she said she couldn’t get an ultrasound today bc she was too early.. I just don’t believe she’s pregnant, she’s always faking pregnancies I’ve heard! Everything she tells me just doesn’t add up.
