Best lotion for baby’s dry skin?

My baby has patches of skin that are really dry - no rashes or redness but to the touch it’s very dry. I’ve tried Aveeno and I’ve even tried coconut oil but it’s not helping. Appreciate any suggestions!

Cerave all the way. I think they make a baby version but I always just use this lotion on my baby.

I know you said you’ve tried Aveeno, but in case you didn’t know they have an eczema lotion that we have found helps our son’s dry patches. He doesn’t have eczema, but his cheeks get really dry and so do mine. We both like this stuff. I have seasonal eczema and have also used Eucerin and that helped because it’s quite moisturizing.

I use this one on my baby who is almost 2 and have used it on her since birth and it works great for her as she has dry skin as well.

This cream is amazing. It’s the only thing that didn’t make my sensitive boy break out in a rash when he was an infant. The baby version is good too, but this one is more moisturizing.👍

It could be a food allergy. Talk to your pediatrician

My son’s skin gets super rough and dry. This stuff works great! My nephew has skin sensitivity and this works well for him too!
