Has anyone had a healthy pregnancy with very mild or no symptoms?

I am 6 weeks and I still feel totally myself, I have no symptoms. In my last pregnancies I had all the symptoms right from 4 weeks. I am freaking out!!

No symptoms with my first at all. Symptoms or no symptoms has nothing to do with the health of your baby. My daughter is 5 and she’s as healthy as can be. And I had a super easy labor and delivery.

My last baby 40 weeks and zero symptoms. Felt exactly the same before pregnancy during and after....just sober and with no periods. So far 8 weeks into this pregnancy and again zero.symptoms...just missed period. Baby one was 100% perfectly healthy and baby 2 we know nothing about. My first ob appt in next Thursday so we hope it is healthy.

No morning sickness only nauseous here and there. I have been able to eat everything. 🙌🏼 I’m now 32 weeks.

This pregnancy my symptoms were way milder. I didn’t throw up once. Only felt nauseated occasionally. I did experience extreme fatigue and also sensitivity breasts in the first trimester. Minimal swelling of ankles in third tri and only mild acid reflux and heartburn. 
I have had rocket crotch since probably 18-20 weeks.  Even going to the chiro for that. 38 +5 today.
