Been TTC since August

Hi so I am very concerned and confused,I had a baby boy in July 2015, and then had another baby boy in April 2018, I had a medical pill abortion in July 2020, and been ttc since August, and it's now November? Could it be too soon TTC? How long after a medical abortion should you wait to TTC again?
