Eczema, acne or something else?

I’ve noticed today it’s gotten worse. On his 2 weeks appointment doctor told me it was baby rash/acne, he’s now almost 1 month old and some days I feel like it’s going away but today I noticed looks even more he got it all over legs and arms too. 
I do breastfeed and formula.
Calling his doctor today...

Use some breastmilk on it as well, it does wonders!

Looks like acne. Try putting some of your breast milk directly on it. Worked wonders for us!

Were on the same boat. My dr keeps saying its baby acne. He is formula fed so I was worried it was due to the formula or a milk sensitivity. She told me to just wash his face multiple times a day with warm water. It doesn't seem to be going away but some days are better than others.
