Weird Series of Events

So recently ive had an itch down there but not like a crazy one it is more of a when I go to wipe I get the urge to scratch or what ever. I took a mirror down there and it was really red I seen slight milky discharge at the opening I pulled back my clit hood and it was like small white chunky balls of something under there my urethra looked kind of funny there were 2 horizontal cuts on my lip that were probably from fingernails and earlier I had slight discharge nothing heavy or creamy No burning or foul smell no crazy symptoms really and im so confused as to what is happening I have my routine STD test checkup coming up soon to rule any of that out but does anyone know possibly what this is I just need something that will calm my nerves!!
