Had my 20 week anatomy scan today. Baby looks good but the drs told me his head is measuring behind a few weeks and his femur bone is smaller than it should be. Waiting for the maternal medicine dr to make a follow up app and I’m trying my best not to worry. She said it happens all the time and it is sometimes fine. All of my scans came back normal and he looks great so they’re confident in that I guess. I feel like a mess though. Has anyone been told this and it wound up being okay? I should add that I’m not 20 weeks, I’m 19+5. I don’t think they even know that even though I’ve told them so idk if that would throw it off but since she said “a few weeks behind” I’m guessing it isn’t that. Their measurement would be at 20+5. He’s 11oz.
