Newborn constipation

My daughter was born 10/15 and the first 2 weeks she was formula and breastfed (bc I wasn’t producing much milk) and she was pooping but not as much as the first week.. we are now in week 3 and she poops maybe 3 times in the morning one big potty and the other 2 small and dry the rest of the day she’s constantly pushing and pushing and nothing comes out. She is strictly formula fed now and I know constipation was bound to happen but it’s just so painful to see her push and push sometimes she even cries 😭 I’ve tried water (that helped a little) I tried gripe juice last week that didn’t help. I tried the bicycle exercise that helped her fart so far, also tummy massages! Is there anything else I can possibly try!?😩 her doc said it’s normal but on our next app I’m going to ask if there’s a different formula we can try. If anyone is going through this can you tell me your experience? I’m feeling so alone and helpless I hate seeing my little one push and push 😭🥺
