Cramping During Ovulation

I feel crampy during this ovulation. I’m aware of ovulation cramps (one sided twinges) which I also get periodically but mine are very low in the uterus area (middle). I’m on the 3rd day within ovulation window and we’re having sex once every day so maybe it’s just the amount of sex causing cramping?

— side note: Im up to date with my regular gynecological visits, have been with one partner for almost 9 years and do not have PID, have regular 28ish day cycles and overall, as far as I know, am in good shape with my sexual health.
