I have been extremely uncomfortable for the past year

For the past year I have started constantly having yeast infections, and i had never had them before. I stay u comfortable and it burns when I pee. There is zero chance of an STD. I would just go to the doctor, but I am under 18 and my mom won’t take me. I was in a bad wreck around the time this started and my primary doctor (for my yearly visit) said there is either a nerve or joint thats commonly damaged around women in car accidents. Has anyone heard of a situation similar or know what I am talking about when I mention something common in women after a car wreck? I will be 18 in a few months and am going to go to a doctor ASAP, but i don’t really know where to start.
