Long post! (Bare with me lol)

So, me and my partner have decided we want to try for our first baby! (Yayyyyy)

I’m really quite overweight, but since august Ive lost 3 stone in 3 months through a new diet, and plan to keep on losing!

I was on the mini pill and hadn’t had a period in around six months when my diet constant told me losing weight quickly could make the mini pill ineffective and to take extra precautions if I didn’t want a surprise pregnancy (ovbs I really want one!)

Around about 5 weeks ago I got a period whilst still on the mini pill- so I decided now was the time to come off the mini pill and start TTC.

So we did ALOT of trying in the weeks after my period.

Fast forward to today and I’m late by 7 days!

I’m way to scared to test... for a number of reasons and I. Keep talking myself out of it (also if I am pregnant I’d be around 5 weeks)

1) my periods probably haven’t regulated yet so I probably didn’t even ovulate

2) I’m a little cramps like I get before my period so I might aswell just wait for it to arrive rather than spend money on a test

3) it’s only our first try, it couldn’t have possibly worked? Right?!

4) I just don’t wanna be disappointed.

I don’t think I have any classic pregnancy symptoms. But what I would say I’ve noticed is (TMI)

- I’m more gassy (both ends)

- lots of CM (cloudy, clear and stretchy)

- cervix is high and wet

- cramping in my back and abit below my tummy)

- acne

Somebody please give me a slap around my face and talk some sense into me? Lol
