Post C Section Milk Production
I’ve had 2 previous vaginal deliveries and my milk came in working a day or 2. I’m day 2 post c section and nothing. No drops even when I hand express. I’m getting nervous. Does milk take longer to come in after a c section? I’m pumping 20 minutes every 3 hours after baby nurses.
