Could this be affecting me not conceiving/fertiliy ?

I run four miles every other day... i had a chemical last month positives on tests then slowly faded neg blood test... could this be why I’m not conceiving?

I also used to run before my miscarriage, I only stopped now because I’m really cautious and trying not to get my heart rate up too high when ttc. If running is natural to you then maybe ask your GP if you could continue

I doubt it. I was training for a half marathon when I got pregnant. Nothing you did caused your chemical. I’d keep up the running especially if that’s how you relieve stress 🤷🏻‍♀️

If you think it's a possibility try shortening your run to something like 30 mins in the morning and 30 in the afternoon I've heard that too much exercise can make ttc more difficult and so can too little.

I doubt it. I’ve always been a runner. Anywhere from 2-4 miles a few times a week. Never had issues ttc. Good luck.
