Boyfriend got a message from Zoosk?

My boyfriend's email account is connected to my phone and he got an email from Zoosk. It looks like an old account but after being cheated on by my exes I'm afraid he may have used it recently while we went through a rough patch due to stress. I know I'm being crazy but I'm so afraid to lose him. Has anyone had this happen and it turned out alright?

A lot of times it’s spam! I’ve never had an account and I’ve had a message sent to me before from them! As well as others! I’d just casually bring it up non accusatory 😊
