CD 13 spotting

I’m feeling discouraged 😕 last month I managed to ovulate using black cohosh after a 150 day cycle. I conceived but had a chemical/early mc at 4w4d. I was early enough that I was able to count it as CD 1. I took the black cohosh again this cycle as well as all of the other supplements I was taking last time I ovulated but today at cd 13 I’ve started bleeding and I’m afraid it’s going to turn into a period 😣 my cb advanced digital says high as of yesterday but my actual LH strips are negative. this is so exhausting. I just want a baby.
