We did it! I want to share my story to help others believe in hope!

I posted here the other day to see what people thought wether or not my test was positive. Me and my fiancé have been TTC for 5 and half years (11 years no protection) with nothing. For the first 2 years we did nothing because I was embarrassed. After the 2 years we saw specialist who confirmed that I had PCOS and that in order for us to proceed with any treatment it would mean I would need to loose more than half my body weight. We resigned ourselves to the fact it may never happen and then boom!

I took a test around 16 days ago as o had sore boobs but no period (this is normal as I normally have sore boobs around 2 weeks prior to my period) if and when i have them as they are very irregular and again, a negative test! You would think someone would get used to that after 5 years? But over the past 2 weeks I have had a strange cramping every so often like a contraction sort of feeling so I took another test and there was a faint line! I posted on here for help as I weren’t sure as I have never had any form of line and everyone said it looked positive. We then took 5 more tests and all came back positive.

We could not be more grateful or happier than we are right now, I just needed to share with someone as we aren’t telling friends and family until Christmas.
