Isla or Isley? HELP!!

Which one for our second baby girl?
First daughter is Elena Grey
We are thinking either Isla or Isley (eye-lee).  We are also thinking of using the middle name Hayes.

I would go with Isla, because even though Isley is cute, it will most likely not be pronounced by most people the way you want it to be.
