implantation bleeding or spotting for period???

TMI !!! SORRY <3
i’m supposed to start my period around today-the next 5 days and i did have sex while i was ovulating but he didn’t come in me, and i’m also on the paragard IUD. i’m stressing about if this is just period spotting or if i’m pregnant- which i really hope i’m not. 
someone please respond, it would be very appreciated ❤️

Only advice I can give you is go to the doctor to ease ur worries every woman is different I didn’t bleed at all when they did a ultrasound they found blood but i didn’t see anything I didn’t see anything before expected period or after so every woman is different and if it’s filling a pad u really should go to the hospital
