So miserable at night
I’m 31 weeks and every single night I’m getting woken up by sweating my ass off ! It feels like my stomach back and everything is on fire and I always have my a/c on and I sleep naked , I’m also always congested at night and it’s driving me insane because I just want to sleep comfortably but I can’t 😔😔😔 idk why else to do , i just want to sleep in a bath of ice at this point . Anyone else experienced this ?
