Short story

So I was very happy on getting to know that I m pregnant on 13th of October getting the 2pink lines for the first time at the same time I had a lot of anxiety as how things will happen but that started fading away with time and I was enjoying my pregnancy 😊,went for first scan on 21st of October everything was good a small sac showed ,crl was 2.67mm after that somehow I started taking more care , Yesterday a appointment was scheduled again and it literally devastated me my baby at 7 weeks 3 days is just 3.46mm it is hardly developing and the fetal heartbeat was 70 BPM which is half of expected , doctor suggested me to take HCG injection every week and wait for 2 weeks for another scan ,how can I be patient and wait ,its killing me from within that why this happened to me ?? anyone with same experience pls share ,I want some postivity atleast something to be hopeful about .
