TMI but help!

So I should have started Oct 20th. Negative tests say before and couple days after.

I have been spotting old blood a couple times. Nothing to write home about. Don’t even need to wear a pad/liner/tampon.

However (don’t judge) I was in the shower and decided to just check on CM and see what was up. I got a finger full of clumpy old blood and what looked like white chunks. Almost like toilet paper. About two days later it was gone. Came back tonight. No STDs or infections. Ugh Idk what it means.
