So my outer labia and butt cheeks have been pretty sore lately for the past few days so I finally get a mirror and look and there's this red RAW patch of skin on one side of my labia! There isn't even any hair on that spot anymore. I'm pretty sure it's my new underwear chafing it, since they're a bit tight and I sit a lot so they ride up...

Has anyone else gotten this? Know any good ways to soothe it? I ended up using desitin and Neosporin and it helps a bit... I'm just worried it'll get infected, being so close to my butt.
