Insomnia in first two weeks of pregnancy?

Hi ladies, got my BFP on Friday and am now 12 dpo. I’ve never had trouble with sleeping through the night, but now I’m waking up around 1am and can’t fall back asleep for hours. Is this normal for early pregnancy? Is it unsafe for my baby? Any suggestions? Insomnia is so boring lol! 😂

I had insomnia bad for the first trimester and throughout the pregnancy a bit but was better. First trimester I couldn’t sleep unless I took unisom

No it’s normal ! I had bad insomnia in my first couple weeks of pregnancy and those vivid dreams !!
