Has anyone been pregnant and not gotten an implantation bleed?

Implantation bleeding is a myth. Implantation does not cause vaginal bleeding, it’s simply a term used to describe *any* bleeding in early pregnancy.

I had implantation bleed with my first ivf icsi biochemical pregnancy. None with my second and third biochemical ones. It is different than early pregnancy bleed or spotting. It happens between 6 to 10 dpo. Mine was 5day past day 5 embryo transfer. It was just few pink spots and lasted like for an hour. But the cramps I got with this pregnancy were super intense and lasted 3 days. You might get few spots and even miss to see them or mistake it for premenstrual spotting if you spot. I do not never have. My early pregnancy bleeding started 3 days later but it did not stop or go away got period like until miscarried. It happens when embryo implants near blood vessel of endometrium that bursts it. The blood must leave however tiny amount it is with the cervical mucus through vagina.

I should add, as someone that has had 2 miscarriages bleeding is not a good sign. Pray you don’t bleed because it signals that something is wrong, not always the case but don’t hope to bleed

The majority of pregnancies don't have an implantation bleed....not that you'd think it looking on here each day
