So I mentioned to my boyfriend that at some point in the near future I would like to have kids and he said that he wanted them as well . Then the next day he told me that he talked to his mom about it and that she pretty much just told him that it’s something that he cannot do that he’s not ready for it and I’m just thinking to myself what the fuck does it have to do with her? Him and I argued about The fact that he’s letting his mom make that decision for him when I feel it has nothing to do with her. I’m just confused as to what I should do.

Update : he came clean and told me he lied that his mother did not say that he just doesn’t want to have kids and that’s fine and his choice but I will not change mine so I ended it .
