Her skin is very rough and dry around her mouth, I’ve tried Vaseline and lotion and it doesn’t seem like it’s helped

My baby had something similar and the doc said that I shouldn't eat lemons, oranges... I've cut them and it helped. 🤷

Omg my son has been having this exact thing, neck, cheeks, chin and top part of chest. At first i tried desitin which helped a little but started trying cornstarch and when it gets a random flare up that looks bad i put very little cortizone on him, his cheeks being the worse part. I had also tried vaseline but it did nothing for him. I see his doctor this week and will be asking about it
