Totally up to you and what works for your family!!! 
Our first baby LOVED baths and we did daily baths around 3 months old. Her skin would get a little dry during the winter but we enjoyed the routine it set and she loved the playtime. 
My second is almost 6 months old and she's closer to only 1 or 2 times a week. She hated the water but is warming up to it. But she also has more sensitive skin. The rest of her schedule is pretty random already so we wouldn't be able to set her to a schedule anyway.

1-3x per week is about what we do. Just depends on how messy she is with eating haha. Too much bathing dries out her skin and makes her eczema worse!

I did a bath every other day and a wipe down on the other days. Basically just my daughter in the sink and wiped her down with a warm wash cloth
