My son recently stopped letting me rock him sleep. He cries and wiggles both his hands out and arches his back to escape when I’m rocking him.

Until now I have been eventually get him to sleep. But today he has taken it to a new level and won’t let me he just fights me and pushes away from me.

He’s a very snuggly baby so this is making me sad. Does he not like how I’m holding him? (Cradle) I can’t think of any other way.

My issue is that I didn’t want to do cio. And I have no problem rocking him but he won’t let me.

Putting him in his crib also makes him cry and he takes over an hour to fall asleep on his own and it makes him overtired every time.

Is this my only option?! I don’t want to have him crying himself to sleep 2-4 times a day. I can’t handle it. I feel so bad that he is so exhausted but I don’t know what to do any more.

Also some background information. We do have a bedtime routine. We do use a White noise and a dark room.
