200 ml is ok to have. It is about 6.7 oz.

If you are able to drink coffee so 1 cup per day is allowed. As long as I read that most of the pregnant women can't drink it as they feel sick just because of thesmell.

I hated coffee my first trimester but after that I always had 2 cups a day. Last few weeks I'd occasionally drink 3 on days I was exhausted..spaced out not all at once

I had exactly 0 drops of coffee with my 1st because I was too nervous. Lol silly me. Then with my 2nd I decided I might die without it that pregnancy. Jk but I was so tired! I would have 2 small cups or a Starbucks grande iced coffee. You can have 200 mg of caffeine as per most drs.

Depends on how much caffeine is in the cup of coffee, and the size. A standard cup is 6 ounces but most people consider 8 ounces to be a cup of coffee . I stayed around 200 mg or less. Which could be quite a lot. 4 cans of Diet Coke has about that, not that I drank 4 cans lol.
