Hello ladies For some reason i be getting so hot at night. Im only 22 and be sleeping with two fans on and ac on 70 😭 Im not on meds neither eat red meat so not sire whats been going on and its something that been going on for three years already havent been able to go to the doc since no insurance also i weight 190 been trying to loose weight for the longest too im 5’w btw
