Has anyone had a 2 day bbt temp dip with implantation?

I’m 9dpo today and yesterday and this morning I’ve had a temp dip. I didn’t sleep great the last 2 nights and woke up a few times before I took my temp but I’ve also had a few tell tale symptoms of implantation...back ache, mild cramps, headache & light headed and just generally feeling tired. So I’m really hoping it’s implantation but knowing my luck it’s AF getting ready.
