BFP holders do you feel IT in your uterus?

I’m so curious to know whether you can actually feel anything in your stomach when you get your BFP. Like a cramp or a pinch? Or does it not feel like anything different from regular non pregnant days. Every month I felt these weird cramp or twinges I never actually was pregnant. And this time I feel nothing so wondering if this is a thing.... would love to hear some answers ❤️❤️❤️

For me it felt like my uterus was really full. Like I was about to get my period any second.

I felt heavy and some cramps in my uterus

I had a weird zing sensation one night at about 7DPO and then a blazing BFP at 12 DPO. Never had period like cramps (if I did they were super minor) and then had this pinching feeling in the same exact spot for about 2 weeks. Stopped about when I was 6 weeks pregnant.

I didn’t have any symptoms whatsoever the cycle I conceived my sticky bean, not even my normal PMS symptoms.
