Took these test yesterday and today. I am so scared to get my hopes up because my back is hurting .. almost like period symptoms. What do you think?

As long as that's in the 10 minute window of time I'd say positive I've had a few positive out side of that window that ended up being false. Back pain is normal I normal get it like a week after I find out and it stays the entire time

You will get alot of of that with baby digging down in and then all the uterus streching and growing, so long as your not in servere pain doubled over with any bleeding then it's fine, think I spent months feeling like I was about to come on but it was just combined growing with cm
