Acne 7 weeks prego

Hi guys I’m 7 weeks today and have the worst acne I can cry ! It’s all over my chin and like cheek area , my skin was so clear before being pregnant. I don’t want to sound ungreatful I’m happy I’m having a baby but I feel so ugly and insecure 😔. Anyone else relate ?!? Does it get better ?!?
