First time mum and anxious

Hi all,

It’s my first time testing pregnant- we’ve not been trying but not been trying not too if that makes sense.

According to my dates I’m 5 weeks today. I have registered with a doctors and have booked in for an early scan today.

any advice for helping with nerves and anxiety. It’s been a week but still doesn’t feel real. My mind is in overtime and I’m worried I will miscarry.

I’ve had cramps since I found out which I’m assuming is normal?

Very strong pregnancy tests (have taken 6 as couldn’t quite believe it!) any advice for switching your mind off and not worrying! Thanks
