Is there any way to fix this?

I decided to check my bank account and noticed I had $-4.96. I checked to see why since I had more than that and noticed a $52 charge from Apple. My email hasn’t been updating so I haven’t seen a receipt for anything and there’s no way I could accidentally pay for anything with how my settings are. Do I call Apple to fix this or my bank

Hi! I work for a bank :) We advise calling the source to get faster more efficient action from the billing agent. We process payments and stopping and reviewing an outside authorized charge without first person contact can take way more time. Call apple first and get to a manager if the rep doesn’t help you. If at that point they’re denying a request for refund go through your bank.
