Is it possible to get an std if my partner doesn’t have any?

I’ve only had one sexual partner ever. I’ve been the only sexual partner he’s had, too. It’s been for the last 3 years. He was tested in October and was clean. He had negative results for everything. I’m super paranoid about getting chlamydia or syphilis and we’ve never had vaginal or anal intercourse, but we’ve done oral and other things.

I’m not itchy or anything down there. My discharge is a little off white color but I’m on birth control. Everything feels normal, I’m just paranoid.

Is there any chance I have any STDs?

I would like to get tested but even tho I’m 19 my mom won’t let me because of the pandemic. I’m just trying to calm my nerves.
