Could I be pregnant ??

I am on the pill but on the 7th and 8th I missed taking them. I had unprotected sex on the 14th and 15th. I have been taking my pills but just found out recently that there suppose to be taken at the same time everyday. I would normally take them whenever I remembered. For example: 5pm today and 12am the next(technically the next next day). He didn't finish in me but Precum is a worry.
