Last week my nipples got very bad and it ended with me pumping bloody milk so I ended up taking a break from breastfeeding to allow my nipple to heal and unfortunately was not great at pumping a lot during that time (this happened on Tuesday morning and so I didn’t breastfeed at all on Tuesday then breastfed twice on Wednesday and then nothing since then) and so now my supply is very low and I’m not sure what to do. Any helpful hints as to what to do would be appreciated.
