New job +1.....Me = 0

I just got this amazing promotion and I’ve only been in the job roughly two weeks but let me tell you.... its kicking my whole ass right now. It’s been a long ass time since I’ve been a total novice at something without any experience (this was a career change btw) and I’m scared to death about failing. I am in charge of some really important strategic inititiaves for my company so failing isn’t an option but its just so much to keep up with!

I wish I could just find the magic questions to ask to tie it all together but idek what to ask sometimes because you don’t know what you don’t know. 😣
