Help does anyone know what can cause this rash?

My LO has had this rash on and off for a month and is EBF. The rash comes and goes . Could it be something im eating or contact allergy?

So that looks like what my LO has- ours is eczema 😒 we use dove eczema and aquaphor mixture and rub it alllll over her body after bath and it's gone away. I also use a probiotic and it's helping too

Nee detergent, soap, fragrance, lotion, food you’re eating. My girl had a minor case of that and i thought it was from either not rinsing off her soap well enough or from heat.
