I have been feeling a little congested and stuffy as well as short of breath for the last week. I decided to plug my humidifier up hoping I would get some relief. I found a vapor pad as well. I read menthol is not safe for children under two. My daughter sleeps in the same room as me and is almost 18 months old. She is not sick. I know it said something about it will make children worse off but it’s for me so will she be fine being in the room with it on or should I just do without the pad?
