Hi, first baby. 6 weeks 5 days. 
High stress the last 2 weeks. Tonight I’m noticing light pink, milky discharge. Is this normal? I’m monitoring but really don’t want this to end 😓

Answer

Spotting is normal in that time frame. The recommendation from my OB was red, heavy bleeding. Heavy was considered soaking 2 pads within the hour, although if you ask me I'd go at the point of soaking 1. But light pink/brown, I was told was normal.
