In 12 days my husband n I have our first appt to hear the baby heart beat. I am currently 8w3d. I'm so nervous. I've been going threw these moment where I'm like what if it was a false positive? But then again I been throwing up everyday lol. So anyways just curious any advice for this appt? I'm so scared I just don't bad news. But no cramping no bleeding just loss of appetite an a lot of morning sickness. So these are good signs right?
