Baby weight

Hi gals I had my little girl almost a year ago now and I still have some of my baby weight altho not sure how much as I was 9st when I was weighed at my first midwife appointment when pregnant then after I had her at my 6 week check up I was 9 and a half stone so no idea what I actually weighed while I was heavily pregnant anyway I jst really was to lose some more weight and tone up jst b a healthy me again so my question is what’s the best diets and exercise plans that work well with a busy single mummy life thanks x
