Lord this guys are painful 😖 I feel so uncomfortable is not even funny. I have been drinking plenty of water sonó know I can’t be dehydrated. I work at a clinic and I check my urine to see if maybe it could be an uti but nope it was normal.

But lord what can I do to help with this Braxton Hicks??? I am going crazy. This is my 4th pregnancy and I don’t recall them being this painful during my other pregnancies
